Supravika Infratech Private Limited (“ConveyGrid”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates the website at https://conveygrid.com/ (the “Website”). ConveyGrid is a brand and product of Supravika Infratech Private Limited.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we process about you when you visit the Website, when you contact us through it, and when you book a demonstration of our products. Personal data means any data about you which, in relation to that data, makes you identifiable, such as your name, business email address or phone number (“Personal Data”).
In respect of the Personal Data described in this Privacy Policy, ConveyGrid is the Data Fiduciary. That means we decide why and how your Personal Data is processed, and we are responsible for it.
You can ask for this Privacy Policy in English or in any language listed in the Eighth Schedule to the Constitution of India by writing to us at the address in section 11.
What this Privacy Policy covers
This Privacy Policy applies to Personal Data we process when you:
- browse or visit the Website;
- submit an enquiry or ask a question through a form or an email address on the Website;
- book, attend or follow up on a demonstration of our products;
- take a quiz or download a guide, whitepaper or other resource made available on the Website; or
- subscribe to, or interact with, our marketing communications.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to:
- Personal Data processed through the ConveyGrid Platform (as defined in our Terms of Use). Where an organisation uses our Platform, that organisation decides why and how personal data is processed through it and is the Data Fiduciary for that processing. Our role is governed by our agreement with that organisation, including the data processing agreement forming part of it. If you are an individual whose Personal Data is processed by an organisation using our platform, please contact that organisation;
- websites, platforms or services operated by third parties, even where we link to them;
What Personal Data we process, and why
What we process depends on how you interact with us. Each activity is described below:
When you browse or visit the Website
When you visit the Website, we and our service providers may collect certain technical and usage data through cookies and similar technologies, including:
- your IP address, browser type, device type and operating system, referring website, and approximate location derived from your IP address; and
- information about how you use the Website, such as the pages you view, the time and duration of your visit, and the links you click.
We process this data to:
- operate, secure and troubleshoot the Website;
- understand how the Website is used and improve it;
- remember your preferences, such as language; and
Cookies other than those strictly necessary to operate the Website are set only with your consent. See section 9.
When you make an enquiry or book a demonstration
When you submit an enquiry or book a demonstration, we process:
- your name, business email address, phone number, job title, and the name of your organisation;
- what you tell us about your requirements, including any free text you enter in a form;
- a record of our correspondence and calls with you; and
- where you agree in advance, a recording or transcript of a demonstration or meeting.
We process this data to:
- respond to your enquiry and arrange, deliver and follow up on the demonstration;
- contact you about your enquiry by email, telephone or messaging channel;
- understand what you are looking for so that we can tell you whether our products are suitable;
- keep internal records of our business; and
- establish, exercise or defend legal claims, and comply with our legal obligations.
Please do not submit Personal Data about any other individual through a Website form unless you are entitled to do so, and please do not submit confidential information belonging to your organisation or a third party, unless authorised to do so.
When you download a resource from the Website
When you download a guide, whitepaper, quiz assessment report or similar resource, we process your name, business email address, organisation name and job title, in order to deliver the resource to you and to understand which topics are of interest. Providing these details is voluntary.
When you take the DPDP risk assessment quiz
When you take our DPDP compliance risk assessment quiz, we process your quiz responses to generate your readiness score and report. If you choose to save your report or request a custom remediation audit, we additionally process your name (or the organisation representative’s name), organisation name, work email address, and industry sector, in order to share your report with you and follow up on your request. Providing these details is voluntary, and you may complete the quiz without saving your report.
When you receive marketing communications from us
Where you have consented, we process your contact details and information about how you engage with our emails and the Website in order to send you newsletters, product updates, event invitations and other marketing communications, and to make those communications more relevant.
Consent to receive marketing communications is sought separately. It is not a condition of making an enquiry, booking a demonstration or downloading a resource. You can withdraw it at any time, by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the email or writing to us at the address in section 11. Withdrawing marketing consent will not affect our responses to an enquiry you have already made.
When you contact us about your Personal Data or raise a grievance
When you exercise a right or raise a grievance, we process your contact details, the details of your request or grievance, and any information we need to verify your identity, in order to respond to you, keep a record of the request and its outcome, and comply with our legal obligations.
Where we collect your Personal Data from
- Directly from you: when you complete a form, email us, speak to us, or attend a demonstration.
- Automatically: through cookies and similar technologies when you use the Website, as described in section 9
- From your organisation: where a colleague gives us your details as the right person to speak to.
Who we share your Personal Data with
We do not sell your Personal Data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share it only as set out below.

How long we keep your Personal Data

We may keep Personal Data for longer where we are required to do so by law, or where it is necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim. We may also keep aggregated or anonymised information, which does not identify you, for analytics and business purposes.
Your rights
You have the following rights in relation to your Personal Data:
- Access: you can ask us for a summary of the Personal Data we process about you, what we do with it, and the identities of the other Data Fiduciaries and processors with whom we have shared it, along with a description of what we shared.
- Correction and completion: you can ask us to correct inaccurate or misleading Personal Data, and to complete or update it.
- Erasure: you can ask us to delete your Personal Data, unless we are required to keep it to comply with a legal obligation or for a purpose specified in this Privacy Policy.
- Withdrawal of consent: where we process your Personal Data on the basis of your consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time, and doing so will be as easy as giving it was. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew.
- Nomination: you can nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.
- Grievance redressal: you can raise a grievance with us using the contact details in section 11.
To exercise a right, write to us using the details in section 11. We may ask you for information to verify your identity before we act on a request. We will respond within the period prescribed by law. We may decline a request that is manifestly unfounded, frivolous or repetitive. Additionally, these rights may be limited in certain cases where we are legally required to process or retain your Personal Data.
Children
The Website is intended for business use by organisations and their personnel. It is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from, individuals below 18 years of age. We do not carry out tracking, behavioural monitoring or targeted advertising directed at children. If you believe a child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us and we will delete it.
